Would 15 mph winds during a snowstorm be accompanied by (a) Small differences in sea-level pressure existed from station to station across the area. or b) large differences in sea-level pressure existed from station to station across the area? Help!

"small" and "large" are relative terms, but judging from the info given, I think they are looking for "small". A 15 mph wind is not all that strong in even a weak storm.
