No. I would feel like it was a bribe. Kinda like, "You have to forgive me, I gave you a gift." If it is forgivable, the apology will be the best start. A gift after might be nice tho, lol

Of course... since your asking, I would like a new car, a cruise for the summer and my bills paid too! I think that is a fair gift for an apology that I know is coming... so when can I expect it???

Receiving a gift would make me feel as though that person was trying to buy my forgiveness. Gifts for no particular reason are the best ones.

It depends on what you are apologizing for....If it is for passing gas then no a quick "excuse me" is sufficant. If you finished before I did then yes you better go by me a present like a joy toy or I will go crazy on your a.s.s
