I haven't had the front end aligned yet, But going down the road it doesn't squeak only when im turning. It even does it when in park and running and turning the steering wheel.

You've changed the front end angles and now you have something rubbing on itself or on its connection point to another component. This is front end stuff and there is a huge safety concern here. Get it into a shop as quick as possible to find out what it is or do it yourself. You just have to remove the front tires and support the front end on its suspension to keep the ride height the same. Have someone start the truck and turn the wheels as you listen and close in on the squeak. Repair as nec. Good luck.

You did not say you had an Alignment done after you raised it. Did you? If you make noise while moving, this may be the case.

Loose, worn, or dry suspension components may also be your cause.

do not do it. The suspension is tuned for perfect experience. Messing with this is going to reason hardship with shocks, front wheel bearings, top and decrease ball joints. My grand son has one that he ruined. It fee him 3 grand to get it straightened out.
