well its really good liquid eyeliner and pencil. its just a thik layer under your eye, and a thick layer on your top lid. and they kinda connect on the outer eye.

Thats definitely a liquid eyeliner. It looks great on her.
All u need to do is just keep on practicing and u will be great at it. Another way to look like the girl in the picture is (but a bit different), on the top, put liquid eyeliner, and on the bottom use a pencil eyeliner, u will still look great and look the same.

It's liquid eyeliner by a professional, just takes practice.

I could'nt tell you the quality but it's too thick that's for sure! A truely good makeup job does not look like makeup it is supposed to be used sparingly so as to make for a subtle enhancement, not painted on like a clown face!
The best makeup job is hard to notice as even being makeup

Well, she's wearing liquid for sure, and to get liquid on that smoothly would be hard. So, maybe its like 75% of us who cant do our eyes like that,lol

it's gotta be dark, and yah gotta put it on thick. but there is only one problem with that, if you buy a cheep kinda of eye liner and you put a lot on under your eye and if a lot of that gets in ur eye.. you could mess up ur eye so I would use NYC or something like dat. name brand kind.

yeah, she did a nice job, if I were you I'd try this new "felt tip" eyeliner pen, its like putting marker aroud your eyelids, but its eyeliner, it works great for me :)
