You need more calcium and vtamins
If you take a vitamin and 3 glasses of milk a day for 1 week your nails should get better

Your nails may have gotten weak because your intake in calcium and other vitamins that help maintain stronger nails and hair have decreased over the past couple of weeks. Try thinking about your diet and daily routines prior to the start of the peeling... then try to resort back to those habits. Until then, I suggest Sally's nail hardener or other nail polish that may contain vitamins or strengthener. Also, try to incorporate vitamins/veggies into your daily routine

The other possible causes of peeling nails are using nail clippers which separate the nail layers and exposure to water which dry out the nails.

Protect your nails w/ a cuticle oil or even plain lip balm.

Avoid products w/ toluene or formaldehyde because they are hard on your nails.
