I prefer sausage to taco.

HOT DOGS lots 4 or five with mustard relish and oinon on a bun (the kind that only have a litle crust) steamed or boiled never fried
well i like to be fried but not my hot dogs
do they come with tader salad

Check out a book called "Feeding the hungry heart" and consider online weight watchers....it works. Ask yourself what emotions you associate with food from childhood and pause to think of other ways to trigger the emotion you're currently getting by "medicating" with food.
