O+ blood is the genetic result of various factors, with the letter designating one cross match and the + being short hand for Rh testing based on Rhesis monkey serum sensitivity. Because of the source, it is absolutely impossible to determine the first human born with the blood (thousands of years ago) although, since the testing is rather recent, it might be possible to determine the first human who tested for it.

The origins of the blood types have probably been lost in the mists of time. If I recall correctly, A is most common, and O is the rarest. However, to be sure, check an encyclopedia. If you absolutely *must* use an interment search engine, don't use wikipedia. The information can change daily, and because of this, teachers don't consider it a reliable source of information.
