You can't, not legally at least. Adobe have removed even the trial versions online. And it's illegal to talk about warez here, as it can get your account banned.

You dont want Flash MX 2004....its outdated...you want Adobe Flash 8....just go to:

http://www.adobe.com/

and it should be their somewhere...though its a trial...their are ways to extend it though, but I can't say how

EDIT:
WHOA when did they take it down? I just simply downloaded the trial a few years ago when Macromedia first released it and I just burnt the trial to a CD so incase I needed it again I wouldn't have to download it from their web page...thats weird
