Mr. Burns, Waylon Smithers, Ned Flanders, Reverend Timothy Lovejoy, Kent Brockman, Dr. Julius Hibbert, Dr. Marvin Monroe, Lenny Leonard, Otto Mann and Rainier Wolfcastle

Harry Shearer. He is also Ned Flanders, Otto, Dr. Hibbert and many others. In fact I think he does a couple of more voices than Dan Castelleneta (Homer, Barney...)

Also catch Harry in the movie This Is Spinal Tap.
