LOL - Thank You So Much! That cracked me up and is the perfect ending to a long and arduous few days.
My answer is NO. After participating in Y! Answers, I no longer believe that there are no stupid questions. There are so many stupid questions on here, it can make your head spin.

I do still believe there are no stupid questions - as long as the one asking is serious about the subject and is serious about getting an answer. Many questions are asked poorly, but that doesn't make them stupid.
Having said that, many of the questions asked in this forum are not serious, and I think are posed more or less as part of a conversation or even simply to anonymously interact with others.

Absolutely, I believe that. There may be some that might not be something I will answer, just because I don't have an answer to it, or I just choose not to answer.
There are those who are sitting on their perches ready to take potshots at any of us who want to keep it light and ask silly things. They feel compelled to criticize and condemn without once thinking about the fact it is all in fun.

I think if the asker is being serious, then yes, I still believe that. I try not to even bother with the stupid questions.

Yes there can be stupid questions if people ask for the wrong reason but if a person truly doesn't know I think it's stupid to not ask if they really want to know.

Any question genuinely looking for information, is not a stupid question. However some people ask questions just to be a nuisance. Their questions are "stupid questions", because they don't really want information.
