First of all, you need to remove any male babies from mom at 3 weeks, no later. This is the point when they become sexually mature, and can make her pregnant again.
Ideally, if you have a male to put them with, you should keep them with an adult for at least another week or so, but technically you can let them go at 3 weeks.

I have kept guineu pigs for quite a while and in my experience, although they are able to eat solids from day 1 to 2, they still need mums milk for at least 3 weeks. To be safe i would keep them with mum for at least 4/5 weeks.

Once I bought a newborn guinea pig and took it home. Its eyes were open, it was running around and eating solid food, so I didn't realize at the time that it was so young. He was a wonderful pet and I had him for years.
