Hey! ask her this question yourself and you just might get the answer you are looking for. You have already confessed and expressed your love to her and she didn't say anything in reply - well! usually if she don't reject you outright and don't avoid you after this, it means you stand a pretty good chance. You both are still young and should concentrate on building a good friendship instead of putting unnecessary pressures on your budding relationship by tying one another down. Love is something that grows out of friendship and you should let it happen naturally rather than force a decision too early and kill off something good that was just beginning to take off. Just keep in close contact with her - actually 2 weeks is a pretty short time and with e-mails, mobile phones, skype, etc., you can maintain contact so easily.
Frankly, from what you wrote, I think she does like you but just a little shy to say it. So, good luck and don't you dare give up!

U have been saying that she had comforted u.If she doesn't love u,she would not comfort u.A gal after being said that she is loved by that person never replies him untill and unless she loves that person. So surely she is in love with u.She may be afraid of the future problems. Its better u assure her that u would be for her through all the life in all the conditions and then u can see the difference.GOOD LUCK.

Well she has feelings for you but she is prolly just scared to say she loves you cuz she knows that she is just gonna get hurt because she wont see you anymore and she knows that both of you will have to move on when you leave...she's probably hideing so things don't get any worst!! I hope things work out for both of yall in the end and i think she loves you.

you say you're moving...for 2 weeks?
She knows how you feel about her and yes she prob doesn't want to say it right away back to you, wondering where this will go when you move*
Just be upfront and honest with her., tell her you want to keep in touch..emails, text mssging., phone calls,....and that you want to spend time with her*
I'm not sure how far away you'removing ??anyways GooddLucK

Oh yes, further to my earlier answer.
At your ages, emotions are prone to 'hot-spots' that have to do with many galloping chemicals in your systems. 'Emotions' are fickle states, they have been known to move and change like the weather and clouds.
I'm sorry, but it's just how things are. You'll likely just have to 'wait' and see.
Take care.
