My co-worker and i got into a HEATED argument last night, and i told her this, and she said there is no such thing. she has NOTHING nice to say to anyone, so we ignore her, and i try to avoid her and ignore the "negativity" she lets off, because i am rather "positive" ..any thoughts ??

I can name about ten people who gave up that right, you should be more then allowed to tell people that they are no longer allowed to speak to you, unless it is a emergency, and then they still have to do it through some one a "buffer" if you will

A man who used to be like a brother to me has lost that right. I became very close friends with someone who his friends didn't like. They made my 'brother' turn on me and try to hurt her through his friendship with me. I caught it before anything happened and I ended the friendship with him and I. Today, the very same person he tried to hurt and I are very deer friends and this guy is as good as dead as far as I'm concerned. He's tried to contact me but he has lost the right to talk to me. I never want to see him again in my life.

You can tell them not to talk to you , but chances are they are not going to listen . I know the type , and they seem to be the last ones to take a hint .Even if you could not make it clearer.

It is unfortunate that you find yourself..surrounded by negativity..can be very draining..find moments for yourself..
Keep flowing with the positive..may run off..good luck.. :)

People have every right to speak to you but you have the right to walk away or ask them to stop speaking to you because their negativity is bumming you out.
