If you DEFINE oneself ie. "who you think you are" then you ARE limiting yourself. If you choose not to define yourself and allow yourself to change, become and experience as time moves forward ... then you liberate yourself....
Nevertheless, the one who chooses liberation also comes to realize that liberation has its limitations.
But I still think its the better choice!
Love to all.

That's a trick question.........huh? A person can be very limited and/or liberated by who they think they are. I mean if a person thinks they are dumb, they will act in such a way. It takes a very strong person both mentally and physically to not be limited or liberated by who they think they are. I mean, think about it......If you think you are a great person, but to others you don't act that way. Does that still make you a great person? Yes and no, maybe by your standards or beliefs you are but to others you are not. Therefore you are very limited to "your" beliefs and very liberated about your own beliefs. This started out making more since to me when I started it, now I'm not so sure.

I guess both in the same time. Some parts of my psyche limit me, some liberate me...
