How do you make public information private so you can sell it. I know this is a new trend in making money and I am very interested in finding out details. Copyrighting..etc. thank you.

you can sell anything people are willing to buy. taking public information does not make it your private property, but you might be able to repackage it as a sellable product. you can only copyright your own contributions, the government part remains public domain.

also you have to be careful to not perpetuate a fraud. for example selling the Brooklyn Bridge. claiming to own the work of others is a specific violation of the copyright laws. you can only offer the service as a "facilitator" to help people access information they already have a right to otherwise.
