I have a question? Would it be fair for someone to report someone bcuz they said they needed help w/ a black eye bcuz they punched someone? Just wondering im not saying i did.

no. ....because something was wrong and they punched them....There 's always a story behide it....They didn't do anything wrong that violated rules......they needed help on yahoo........

Do you mean the person who got the black eye asked for help or the person who gave the black eye to someone asked for help. What kind of help, the police, or medical type help? It's a very confusing question.
