Try to shed your tears, your pain. Unless you do that, the pain you gather inside will continue making you numb. I know how it feels....

zoloft only helps some people.
its a very strong drug and it can have an oppisite effect on some people.
obviously you have spoken to a doctor about these issues since youre on a depression medicne, so talk to him/her about it.
since you can recognize your flaws and you know you have something wrong, you can improve yourself.
the first step of getting better is admitting you have a problem. thats the same with everything. drugs, drinking, and even attitude adjustments.
i think that youre just a teenager and all teenagers go through this. i considered going to a therapist once but then i decided that it would just be a waste of time because feeling these things are a normal part of growing up.

Maybe you should try a new medication. It sometimes takes trying 2 or 3 different ones before finding the one that works the best for you. I take Lexapro and find that it really helps me to feel much better emotionally. I have never experienced the feeling you are talking about as far as easily manipulating people and hurt people. How does it make you feel to treat people like this? It can't feel too good. Talk to your Doctor about all of these things and see what they recommend. Good luck to you.

Very typical of someone who is depressed, low self esteem, and very selfish and inward. Most likely you don't forge any type of real relationship with anyone, you most likely don't trust anyone either, so by doing that you limit yourself to opening up relationships with people and making yourself learn to trust people. You can't always trust people, but to make a change, you need to start trusting people, and making more intimate relationship with the people who are around you. Once you start to make a connection with other people around you, you won't feel so numb.

If your a teenager, it maybe caused by the zoloft. Then again, you may be acting this way because you are anti-social. Try to see how that person you're hurting feels and sooner or later, you will be able to feel empathy.
