A lot of times it goes to your personnel file where they can count the number of times you mess up. Sure, they could always fire you on the spot if they have reason, but being written up is like a warning and they may have a three strikes (write ups) and your out policy.
be careful

When u get written up that means that u have broken a rule. But make sure that u have read the written up notice and if u don't agree don't sign it because if u sign it that means that u admit to the wrong doing.

Getting written up is usually the last step before suspension and/or termination. Employers want to have a paper trail of your job performance and where you went wrong to help fight unemployment charges and head off potential lawsuits.

Find something else to do to earn a living...Bosses shouldn't tug you like that...leaving you scared etc...Of course I won't support you being dishonest or time wasting on the job.

Saud Q, you take the WARNING seriously, and better take your present Job very seriously, instead of worrying and avoid further ticket/s, as well as find out another suitable job for your self.

find out what you were written up for and why. It can be s misunderstanding. But if you don't know, you can't change something she feels needs changing.
