i want to really reduce the appearance of my eyebags before summer. Like it looks completely gone but isnt cuz i know you cant permentaly get rid of eyebags without surgery

the best way is put some eye cream on it.

I know this sounds strange, but it's an old remedy that's tried and true......
Put a little bit of the cream form of preparation H on the bags under your eyes. It's a wierd thing to use, but it's made to shrink and tighten skin, and it really does work! It is temporary, and the effects last for about 8 hours.
If you want to do something about it that will have lasting effects, Avon makes a combination lower/upper eye cream and gel that they sell together called Anew Clinical Surgical Eye Lift, and it is supposed to have a gradual, but permanent effect.

My grandmother swore by teabags. Put two warm ones on your eyes for about 15-30mins, will reduce the look of swelling.

Get a really cold spoon either by putting ice on it or putting it in the freezer, then rub it underneath your eyes on top of the bags.

I worked with a woman who swore by hemorrhoid creme. I have never tried it but the ingredients that shrinks skin is in it.

If they are from lack of sleep and not age you can use preperationH hemorrhoid cream.
