Now, wait a minute guys, there is something to this, sort of. There is a tradition, almost anywhere, that whatever the local caffeine containing substance is is always used for protection against spells, look in to it. coffee, tea, and there are a few others, all are protection charms. Now, that said, I don't drink caffeine for ritual or anything, but am I the only one that finds that a good cup of coffee helps me ground?

From my experience, most witches are caffeine freaks.

But if a vampire is pursuing you, throw coffee grounds on the ground and run--the vampire will compulsively stop and count and collect all the scattered grounds!

Nope, I drink a lot of Regular Pop, and that contains a lot of caffeine, and I'm still around.
