What is the name of this British film?

This is all the information I have:
Era film aired on the People's and Art cable channel a few years ago.
Plot: An aristocrat old unattractive slave merchant is married to a young beautiful woman. Then, his wife falls in love with one of the slaves, her attractive young black personal servant. She gets pregnant, but doesn't know whose the child is.

That's all I know. Any help with the name of this film, please?
