What? Honey, this is your father. I'm very displeased with you right now. I told your mother and she is speechless. So, you've been fired again and now we know the REAL REASON. You're grounded UNTIL YOU MOVE OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi-
It seems like you are in a tough spot. I would not complain about the company. What I would do is try to find a new job quickly. Sometimes when people know that you smoke weed, they have preconceived negative opinions. On the other hand smoking can make you tired and unambitious. If tiredness is why you want to quit your job, reassess your habits. If it's a bad work envirement, find a new job that more fits you. It helps if you don't tell your co-workers, boss....your habits, even if they do it themselves. If you act confident and like a person that lives well, they will be trying to get your approval. That's just how it works. Good Luck. Andee_sky

I think you should tell your parents about you smoking before you quit. If I were in your spot I would definitly want to be the one to tell my parents about that before someone else. Another thing if you were to quit smoking pot you would enjoy life more. I quit over two years ago and at first it really sucked but now it is like a hole new life style. I still hang out with some ppl that smoke but then they just think it is so cool that I quit that they want to too. You might like your job better too.

Of course she will. Why do you want to "complain against the company?" Just quit. If you're young enough that your mom still has so much say in your life, you're young enough just to quit. Give your two weeks' notice if you feel that bad about it.

If you are old enough to have a job, then you are old enough to quit your job without mummy gettin involved- tell her you need to stand on your own two feet, and if she kicks up a fuss you wont get a reference. How the hell has your boss found out about your habit anyways? You seriously need to keep your business to yourself- if you cant do that then your parents are gonna find out soon enough anyway.

Be a grown-up Hon. Give your 2 weeks notice and start looking for another job. Next job, don't ask, don't tell.
