I am 13, about 5'10, 165 lbs., 33 waist. Do I need to gain a little muscle, and how can I? It's not like I cann go to the gym, too young. How do I and how sure are you it will work??

Go riding on your bike, or running. For lowerbody strength. For uperbody strength, do push-ups.

The best thing i can tell you is to go to the gym.

Don't do any thing without the help of a professional, you could harm yourself otherwise.

1) take up running
2) ask your dad or older brother or older male figure for tips
3) ask your doctor
4) eat healthy foods
5) get plenty of sleep

these are the oldest rules in the book. i'm serious about the sleep, food and doctor things!

work out
-get some weights and life at home
-push ups and crunches, those kinds of things
