Spiderman: While balcony was faling at festaval held by OSCORP
in spiderman 2: telling someone to "move" and pulling them out of the way as large chunk of the building spidey and Doc Ock were fighting
were either of these actually stan lee, or just some look-alike?

Stan Lee usually shows up in Marvel adaptations....
I believe he was also in 'Hulk' as a security guard, with Lou Ferrigno(sp?)...as well as 'Fantastic Four' (as a postman)....
And yes, you are correct, he was the man dodging debris...
I don't recall his part in the first 'Spider-Man' film, but he was an actor in that film as well....

Yes it seems that Mr. Lee is something of a glorywhore. Like Hitchcock before him he makes what are called 'cameo' appearances in (I think) all movies based on Marvel comics. In X-men 3 he can be seen watering the lawn when Jean Gray (as a little girl) levitates all the cars in the neighborhood.

it probably was stan lee, he was also in daredevil, he was reading the paper when matt put his cane in the way to stop him getting run over, he was in hulk, talking to a security guard, and x men 3, watering the grass. he was probably in others but those are the ones i know from the top of my head
