None.
Unfortunately, your school is not a business run for profit, and you eat there at your own risk.
I suggest you bring your lunch from now on.

theoretically, you could sue the school district if you got food poisoning, or the food service contractor or any supplier that provided bad food. The school district has a duty to take reasonable steps to watch out for your safety. BUT...you would have to get really, really sick to make it worthwhile to file a suit. plus, unless half the student body gets sick in one day, proving causation could be diffcult. if it's just you feeling queazy after lunch, the defendants could say it's because of something else she ate or simply a nervous stomach.

None. You took that chance when you chose to eat the food. I'm sure you or your parents signed some sort of waiver before the school year and gave up any rights to sue the school for almost any reason.

First you have to conclusively prove that you were poised by the food.
Most foodbourne illnesses don;t show up for days...so it would have been anything you ate for days.
Usually you can show it by proving that other people who ate the food got sick also...or having the food tested...unlikely at this point.
Next, you have to show damages. Did you go to the hospital...any medical bills?
If you just stayed home in bed uncomfortable you can't win anything in court other than negligible damages...usually a dollar.

Unless you suffered damage to your vital organs, you have a legal right to get over it and move on.
