The Dutch...when you work for them they want results now...they will not wait until you decide to work and produce, the will fire you faster than the ANGLO-SAXON, in the other hand the ANGLO-SAXON...he will try to train you to work right, and then if you do not produce they will let you go. But both side majority of then see any other race- religion or culture inferior than the rs.
