how many babies r let into the female guppy and everytime my guppy stabs her does this mean she will have more babies or does she just hold the rest

They usually only mates every 6 months because the female saves the male sperm to fertilize herself over the next 6 months. On average the have babies ever 30 to 40 days and the numbers could be as small as 1 all the way up to 120-150.

Guppies receive sperm packets, she will only bear as many as her age and condition will allow,the rest are stored,that's why when selective breeding Guppies, segregation of the selected pairs is necessary. Real quality breeding takes a whole lot of tanks. Also a whole lot of time. Also a whole lot of work.

I think guppy's can mate and have more than one batch of fry before they mate again. The amount they have each time varies, but is usually a LOT.

2-120 frys are produce in a single delivery......she will just store the rest of the sperm for the next birthing.
