i am writing a poem about............?

Question

the only problem is that i don't know how to do a good poem! can u please help me , here are some info that i am suppose to make the poem of !
my name is fatmah i am 11.I have tow sisters.i was born in iraq and i came then to canada.My last name is Jahim,my middle name is Hyder.


it is supposed to b a rhyming poem!
you can add stuff if you want !

Just free write something from your heart! It could be everything. But, good ones come from real experience, heart, observation, and knowledge. It must be related to other poeple and their lives. In other words, your poem is good if it attracts large audiance.
It must involve pain or suffering, or happiness or joy, or mysteriousness or certainty, or love.
Whatever it is that you feel like writing just write them down first. And then start organizing it. Put those written ideas into organized sentences. Then, put those sentences in order. Sentences must flow. Which means each must be related.
Simply enjoy it and hope u write something good.

Here is an example: ( it is an idea, you put into a poem style)

I came from Iraq, from my home town,
I was young, so can not remember how it was in Iraq.
But somehow, my heart goes back to Iraq.
