I have pulled a muscle on Monday (the muscle that runs from the top of my knee along the top of my theigh).

I have a fitness test on Sunday for my job that I only get one chance at - so i need my leg to be right by then. Does anyone know how I can get it to heal by then (I don't mind a quick fix, I don't care how much pain it gives me after the fitness test, I just have to pass the test which goes for about an hour).

Someone mentioned Physio or a Quaterzone injection - does anyone know about either of these two options - which would work best etc?

No quick fix for this and I am not sure unless you are going for a interview in the Circus why a pulled muscle would stop you from getting the job?
