For your DMV fees, only the vehicle license fee (VLF) portion is deductible on Schedule A as personal property taxes (see the first FTB link).

None of the rest would be deductible unless you use your home for business, in which case a portion of them may be deductible (it is calculated based on what percentage of the total square footage of your home is reserved for business use). Check the links in the following IRS publications for details.
