can enyone tell me what that quote means? i though rill hard and i still dont get it!

If you read further into the paragraph, it is a question whether it is better to live, and suffer "outrageous fortune", or to die and be released from worldly cares.

It means you can try to make someone of your self or you can be a lazy bum, its up to you. Its a quote for some Shakespeare play. Shakespeare was apparently on acid when he wrote most of his work.

I think it means that its your choice whether or not you wanna make something out of yourself.
