I'm not just talking about Paul Sr., Paul, Jr., Mikey, and even Vinnie, I'm talking about all those others guys to that are never in the spotlight like Vinnie, Cody, and Rick are.

And how much do they sell those hand-made choppers for?

Very little unless they are actually on camera then they get scale, which is still not that much. Those shows are so cheap to produce that they could give the bikes away and they would still have a cheap production cost compared to some of the sitcoms where each actor gets a million an episode.

Overhaulin' is an example of them making what is essentially a show car and giving it away each episode.

On one of the shows where they get people to come in and build the car in one week. They get comped a tool box, No money, and the tool box is supplied by the sponsor of the show, it's a write off for the tool company. Not even an expense for the production company.

Oops, I got into a rant there didn't I? It is still true.

Most of the people who don't show up on the series are just hourly wage "wrench turners", like most of us...

If you look closely, most of the "theme" bikes aren't "sold", but are either "contract bikes", commissioned by corporations/celebrities, or earlier ones are kept by the company...those are "show bikes", and several are always taken on their road trips...

Remember, OCC started of as, and still is, a commercial company, that makes money...everything you see on TV is just "The Show", they have a regular "customer base" that is the foundation of the company too...

I observed an episode the different day while they have been working (and that i take advantage of the term loosely) on the bypass-Daddy motorbike. We have been given to confirm Vinnie getting his lower back waxed and he and the retard Mikey getting pedicures. That became adequate to make me turn the tutor off. What a waste of time.

I can't say for sure. But the big payoff is in all the free advertising they get for the bikes.

I have heard that the custom bikes are something like 150K. I guess it depends on how much they do to the bike. It's like a lot of things, you are paying for the name.
