Lustful thoughts are still involved.

But who cares? That's so freakin old fashioned. And what's the point of masturbating if you don't even get off?? Jeez.

That you Swiss doctors and researchers! It has been determined through YEARS of study by doctors in Switzerland that regular masturbation(for men at least) keeps the urethra clean and the prostate very healthy. Now, as to it being a sin whether or not you orgasm is different thing entirely. See, the only know death in the Bible from slapping the salami was a guy named Onan. See, he wouldn't get his dead brothers wife pregnant, so he waked his walleye to the floor and guess what? Yep, G-D "smote" him. The Bible does say in the New Testament that it is better to spill your seed into a whore than onto the ground, yet it doesn't say very specifically yeah or nay to it being a sin per se.

You can do with your body anything and it is not a sin. What you do to other it is another thing. Masturbating is a practise that all intelligent human been would do depending their needs. If you are abusing you will be the only one that will suffer. You may be out of your mind actually for other reasons but this indicate to us that you are masturbating and you are not ejaculating. So this is called erectile dysfunction. This is not fun but you need help. Good luck to you and those in your environment.

if your christian or jewish (not sure about other relgions) and your worried that wanking makes you a sinner well it dont!

the sin linked to masterbation is that you are normally fantsising about someone which biblically is adulty, because the bible/tora says that if you think about doing it, it is as bad as actually doing it, and because that person could be someones wife either now or in the future its adultry.
no person who studies scripture can say masterbation in itself is wrong. but if your a firm beliver and you can manage it without having to think about another person then you are technically sin free.

personally i dont agree with the theology behind it and the english translation from the hebrew and greek point of views to validate the argument. but in any case just dont think bout peeps n ur ok (if your a strong beleive in the faith)

It's not a big deal, almost everyone does it at one point. All it is is "pleasuring yourself" Is there really anything wrong with that. I'm sure it is still considered a sin to some people but who cares.

All these sins, and I don't see any smiting... Why? Cause it's all made up by man. Tis why I'm pagan!
When I go harming people, I actually see my karma come back to me.
