If Mars has no gravity how do you drink?

Mars' gravity is a little more than 1/3 of Earths'. You would not be able to drink liquid water however because Mars' atmospheric pressure is to low in most places for water to exist in a liquid form. Gravity has nothing to do with it. I don't know about other drinks, but if you wanted water, you would have to go into a valley or something where the atmospheric pressure is higher.

Mars has gravity! All planetary bodies exert a noticeable gravitational pull on things on their surface. You could drink just as easily on Mars as you could on earth, so long as you had air to breathe.

Gravity has nothing to do with drinking. a person can swallow solid and liquid material even if hung upside down ! It has to do with mussel contractions in the thing we call a throat/esophagus.
