What would you count as the first day of your period if you spotted a little one day, and then at 11pm you began to bleed. Would you count that day, or the next, since it's the first full day of bleeding. Thanks for you help.

I would count the first day, when you spotted. The actual shedding of the uterus began that day. If you want to be technical that is really the end of the cycle.

I would consider "spotting" as the first day of my period.
But that's my personal opinion.

I would count the first itme you saw it. SO it would be the one you had at 11pm.

the first bleed you see it doesnt matter if it is a little or alot it is considered the 1st day of period ask your doctorhe/she will explain it to you.

I always consider the first "real flow" as my first day. Anything before that, I just consider "pre-period."
