Yes, all the time. I try so hard to not think, but it is impossible, how can I stop my mind from racing.

I wish I could. I can't believe that some people seem to be able to think of nothing. I guess they are the ones that get to sleep easily at night.

yes ... i really wish i could think of nothing ... just stare blankly into nothingness and think absolutely nothing .... it would be so peaceful ... i hate to say it .. but sometimes i wish i was in a coma so i wouldn't think all the time ...
my dad is worse than me ... his mind goes a million different places at once and he cant get barely any sleep because of it ....

Every single day. It's like I can't even catch up. Sometimes I just lay in the middle of the floor and I can't get up because it gets so bad.
