She didn't pay her rent for four month and when we evict her she start breaking the house, clogging the bathroom, breaking the garage door etc.. and we don't know what to do.

Usually section 8 tenants are on some sort of welfare for their income. Therefore, there's nothing you can do to collect from her. In some states now, if a person on sec 8 is evicted, they are no longer eligible for the program in that state.

Present her with a bill, laying out the charges and tell her that you will submit a copy along with the small claims that you'll be filing against her, unless she pays all bills current, including the repair bill. This way she knows that she will likely lose her Section 8 qualification.

You'll likely have to use your homeowner's policy, which you had for dwelling coverage.

i was on section 8 and would like to respond to the answer that all ppl on the program destroy property.no they dont.they called me a model tenant.get a judgement against them for tearing it up and they will lose there benefits till the damage is paid in full and they can prove it

Typical for section 8 renters.....I had the same problem with a tenant....you don't win....get rid of her, fix up the appt and re-rent it out...in time you'll make your money back and after a couple of months get some crackhead to kick her *** for your money....the courts won't help you.....
