If the air temperature is 10 degree C, then the dew point will also be 10 degree C provided the humidity is 100 percent. At the same time if the air temperatue is 30 degree C,the dew point may be 15 degree C (some approximate value given, not a calculated one) for a humidity of 50 percent. Here you can notice that the dewpoint for dry air (15 degree) is more than that of the humid air(ie 10 degree). So your statement is correct provided the air temperature is the same.

As it stands, the question is meaningless. You have to mention temperature. You can have hot dry air with a higher dewpoint than cold moist air. Humid air has a higher dewpoint than dry air at the same temperature.
