I think Men like someone to relate with and share with and actually make decisions together with ...all the while not wanting a woman that is so intimidated by him that she can offer no oppinion.

As a woman, I can tell you that men love that I speak my mind...at first. After a while, they just can't take it.
Men want you to avoid being stomped on by not being there-not by mouthing off.
