You should watch channel 7 shows tonight. Uguly Betty, Grey's Anatomy and October Road. It's the best TV tonight.

Smallville starts at 8:00 all the way and then supernatual 9:00 right after on the same channel

The Prince and Me (The Royal Wedding) is on ABC Family channel 39 on "Comcast" at 8pm I think. Grey's Anatomy is on CBS/2. SciFi is usually pretty good, Lifetime is good for a few tears, try SPIKE and there's always HGTV! Good luck!
