It is beautiful! The scenery & air are so fresh. People are pretty laid back... Lots of stuff to see & do
Go down the highway to Estes Park & explore some incredible natural beauty....

Great city, alittle too large for my taste. I prefer Colorado Springs which is about 1 hour drive south. Right at the foothills of Pikes Peak (beautiful). has great people, very friendly and many sights. Just a short drive away from Cripple Creek ( old mining town turned into a whole city block of casinos ). Too much to mention here but you could stay busy for a week seeing all the area has to offer

Lots like Dallas Texas ... Kansas City ... just another city with high-rises surounded by tons of suburbia ... too many SUV's & Pick-up's ... traffic jams ... pollution ... amusement parks ... clubs ... resturants ... grocery stores ... and Star Bucks coffe houses everywhere you turn. There are tons of great micro-breweries though.
Outside Denver is much better ... like South Park, Morrison, Vail, Idaho Springs, Superior, Boulder, and Central City. Ah, we're still coffee junkies everywhere u go.

GORGEOUS! Great scenery, friendly people, lots of things to do. I live in AZ but I'm moving to Denver to go to school for my Mater's degree. Weather is great in the summer, but watch out in the winter! (especially this past year). If you like outdoorsy stuff, its great for hiking, camping, off-roading, skiing, fishing, hunting, etc.

I want to go there! I would love to see Park county, mostly the south end. There is a TV show about that, its called "South Park". The song in the "South Park Movie" says, "Its a redneck, white bread, quite little mountain town." lol

Dude the best way is to visit. It is over one mile above sea level. Big city like any big city-rich and poor areas, slums, etc.
