Its when a girl is wearing pants that are extremely TOO tight and it clings to her "female parts" down low in a way that you can see ALL the crevices.... it looks like a camel toe!! VERY UNattractive!!

I disagree with Kat J... it's a big turn on for me... big enough that one time I went to a woman's house to pick up some wood she was giving away, and she had the sexiest camel toe... it was so bad I never went back there again (I wouldn't cheat on my wife so there's no point in exposing myself to that sight).... but it was definitelly NOT uggly.
