just tell her you like her and ask her out. if you look for ways that she just can't say no, everything will just turn out wrong. i always notice if someone is trying to manipulate me and i can't stand it so go with honesty and let her make up her own mind. good luck with it.

1. Get to know her more- don't just say hi to her everyday,TALK to her. Make her laugh.
2. don't act like some stupid person in front of her. Unless your making her laugh.
3.act nice to her.
4. make her smile everyday.
