ok well the probablity that he won't roll his number on each dice is 5/6, so times 5/6 by 5/6 again for the other dice and it would be 25/36, of a chance that he won't roll his ID Number or about 69%

There are 36 ways to roll two dice, and only one of those is Jared's number.
35/36 that he won't roll his number.
