One leg longer than the other? See a doctor.

If there's a chance that she may be having a stroke then she needs to be taken to the dr right away. ER is the best place to go if someone is suspecting a stroke is causing the symptoms so that the situation can be evaluated properly.

There are a number of possibilities that could be causing this so a follow up with a dr is important.

Not necessarily a stroke. Most of the time they are painless. Could be lupus, arthritis, a number of things. Get her to go to a doctor and that way you can stop worrying about her. She needs to take care of herself better. No clue on those symptoms, they don't seem to go together at all.
