What is Louisville, Kentucky like?

i live in a small town in kentucky so when i go there everything seem so exciting their is so many things to do but you have to consider any places that has more than 4 stop lights i think is exciting so sad.

I drove by it on the way to Fort Knox when I was in the military. Little town with a really big factory. Huge forest of very tall thin trees that goes on forever. Every now and then, you'll come across a church or a general store on the only highway in the area. Very depressing little area.

Well, I live in Bardstown, KY. (It's under Louisville) And it depends on what part you go to.

Do not go to the West end....Homicides out the ***!!! Always on the news.

East End: It's ok....mothing major

South: Pretty cool, laid back people.

North: That's where most of the 'business' part is......cool, noisey, but fun!

Most of the people are cool.....jsut don't be in theIR way during rush hour!!

Depends on when you go. If you hit there next weekend you will be in the middle of derby when the celebs come to town and everyone goes crazy. I don't much care for the town because I always get lost trying to find places.

Over populated, rude drivers, dirty, polluted, selfish people, violent. Over the last few years a few gangs have been growing (crip, blood, ddb, csi, and trapland just to name a few). I live here, did not notice how bad it was until I went to Georgia, I would like to live there someday.

LOL, Danie, I live in the south end but can get to the west end in just 15 minuets. I know some people over there. Check the news for my school, J-Town!
