i do that a lot because i try to be a go0d hearted person in general but then sometimes I offer too much & I really don't want to give it away..& when they say yes I'm like ahhh i should just keep my "offerings" to myself....

i can let someone down gently. like a few of my friends have horrible children. and i don't invite them to go shopping with me because life is too short to have rotten kids screaming bloody murder in your ear.. oh, did i mention they were 5 and the other 11 years of age. they know better! but, as far as food i will buy more if i know someone wants mine. ha! i guess if i offered i really don't mind letting it go...can't think of a thing right now though..
