Dual outlet rated for aluminum wiring. Rather just replace the outlet than pigtailing.

Check with a local electrician and ask if perhaps those types of outlets are banned in your area.

When we moved into our house 12 years ago, we went through every outlet and switch in the whole house and pigtailed (and replaced the outlets and switches). We used the anti-oxidant compound inside the wire nuts, too. We have only had a single problem with any outlet or switch (and that was because the original Al wires were too short to begin with.

If you really want dual-rated outlets you have to go through a professional electric parts distributor (where electricians go to buy their supplies). Or... try leviton.com

Use the anti-oxidant compound. This is a less expensive route and will save you a lot of time and trouble. The are many areas in electrical work where the compound is used without any troubles whatsoever. We priced some outlets at one time and it turned out to be cheaper to re wire in Cu (albeit massively time consuming) but some our receptacles were also ungrounded. Ungrounded outlets means that neither a surge protector nor a ground fault circuit interuptor will work properly (at all really)

You have to go to a electrical supply store.
And you have to no lox the wire to , you must use special devices and wirenuts because the wire will expend and contract and causes a lose connection and that is what makes it unsafe
