Elvis was superimposed on stage and sang a duet with Celine Dion. It was quite an emotional moment for me as I still have my Elvis Presley Fan Club Membership Card from 1956. I was just eleven years old when I joined...

Bunky - In contrast to your bad taste, when two great singers are paired together for a duet such as this, the technology is not wasted. Most people would agree that it was a very smart move on the producers part.

I thought it was very cool. It really looked like he was right on stage next to Celine, with the Idols in the background. I was very impressed with the graphics. And they sounded great together. A little reminiscent of Natalie Cole when she sang with her father, Nat King Cole to "Unforgettable."

I'm glad I missed it. It's a shame that such impressive technology was wasted on that.

I'd like to think that if he were still alive, he wouldn't have done a duet with Celine Dion, but hey -- the later fat Vegas Elvis probably would have. Until now, we never had to witness it, though.

I didn't like it at all not because either is a bad singer, but I just don't think it was the right song for Celine to be paired up on with Elvis. I would have rather seen her sing a slower song with him. She's just not a rocker...

Now, had it been say Annie Lennox or Kelly Clarkson - that would have rocked!!

Seeing Elvis preform was a real treat. It made me wonder if soon there will be superimposed concerts or if they will superimpose other greats like The Beatles. It really was magical event!

I loved it so much. I am an Elvis fan even though I wasn't even here when Elvis was alive. But my mom is a HUGE Elvis fan and I grew up watching all her tapes of him and listening to his songs so her and I both watched it amazed. I was so happy they did that!

i've got been pondering in this for a mutually as - even had to purchase the clip from iTunes. It seems to me like there grew to become into an impersonator on degree with Celine. So we in many situations observed the actor. On close-up pictures i think of they caught the actually pictures of Elvis. They in all probability had to extract him from his unique background, in many situations in all probability physique-via-physique. and then they had to sync this pictures with the stay perfomance, with the intention to create the phantasm. I wager human beings interior the objective audience did not get to work out the close-united statesof actually Elvis we've been given to work out on television. although, it grew to become into staggering.
