Basically, I wanna know long long does loestrin 24 take to work in your body and if you have already gotten your period and have been taking it for at least a month now and noticed that you have been having a shorter, lighter periods has is it working in your body?

When it comes to preventing pregnancy it should be working fully in about 1 week, but even in spite of that it can sometimes take the body a few months to adjust to being on the medication. You may start to notice a lightening of your period after about a month of useage.
